Mr. Fedorinchik has been employed with Hallmark Construction, Inc. as a Project Manager since 2007. Mr. Fedorinchik has served as a Project Superintendent, Project Manager and Business Development Director during his tenure with the company. Prior to his current position, he was the owner of H|F Architecture, located in Royal Oak and Traverse City, Michigan, from 2001 to 2007. His architecture firm specialized in custom residential and commercial projects throughout the state of Michigan. Mr. Fedorinchik and his firm were the architects of record for the award-winning Copper Ridge development. Upon completion of architectural school, Mr. Fedorinchik was employed by several renowned architecture firms in Birmingham, Michigan. He has over 20 years of combined architectural and construction experience as a principal, project manager, associate and design team member.
Mr. Fedorinchik attended Lawrence Technological University to receive his Bachelor of Science in Architecture and his Masters Degree in Architecture, has his Michigan DEQ Certification for Stormwater Professionals and is a Certified Storm Water Professional through Wal-Mart Stores and the EPA approved training program.
Mr. Fedorinchik is a Graduate of the Traverse City Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program and a Volunteer at Centre Ice / Detroit Red Wings Training Camp.
Mr. Kroesing has been employed by Hallmark Construction, Inc. since 1979 serving in various roles. In 1990 Mr. Kroesing was appointed Vice President of Hallmark Construction, Inc. As Vice President, his duties include oversight of human resources, equipment, and safety planning. Mr. Kroesing has also served as a Project Superintendent and Project Manager on numerous projects throughout the region. His most notable experiences include the Cherry Capital Airport Terminal, NMC M-Tec Building, Traverse Area District Library, Charlevoix East Park Marina and Camp Grayling Barracks/HQ project. Most recently Serra Toyota and Serra Subaru. These projects varied in construction cost from $3,000,000 to $25,000,000. As the safety plan coordinator, he has attended numerous safety seminars and MIOSHA classes.
Mr. Kroesing was the Project Manager of a team of 25 members for the Associated Builders and Contractors Apprentice Competition. This is state level competition where the contestants are judged on accuracy, ability to read and interpret blueprints, workmanship and the proper use of tools and materials. Mr. Kroesing participated in this competition for five years.
Mr. Kroesing has his Michigan DEQ Certification for Stormwater Professionals and is a Certified Stormwater Professional through Wal-Mart Stores and the EPA approved training program.
Mr. Lewis has been employed with Hallmark Construction, Inc. as a Project Manager and Estimator since 2004. Upon retirement of Hallmark's founder, Dennis Fedorinchik, in 2018, Mr. Lewis, along with Mr. Sole and Mr. Jeff Fedorinchik, became a Co-Owner of Hallmark Construction, Inc..
Mr. Lewis received his Bachelor of Construction Engineering degree from Western Michigan University in 1998. Mr. Lewis started his professional career working for MDOT providing surveying and testing for road construction. Also, prior to joining the Hallmark Construction team he gained valuable experience as an Estimator and Project Manager for two architectural trades contractors specializing in drywall, metal studs, and acoustical ceilings. He has over 25 years of combined construction experience and manages numerous projects from bid date through completion while maintaining budget and deadline requirements.
Mr. Lewis received his Michigan DEQ Certification for Stormwater Professionals and is a Certified Storm Water Professional through Wal-Mart Stores and the EPA approved training program.
Mr. Lewis is a Graduate of the Traverse City Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program, is currently serving as the President- Northwest Michigan Builders Exchange, has served as Vice President-Northwest Michigan Builders Exchange in 2008-2010 and is a Member of Northwest Michigan Builders Exchange Governance Committee.
Mr. Fedorinchik has been employed by Hallmark Construction, Inc since 2007. Ryan graduated from Traverse City Central High School in 2003. He attended Ferris State University and Northwestern Michigan College.
Ryan started at Hallmark Construction working in the field as a laborer with a focus on demolition, concrete footings and poured walls. In 2009, Ryan became an UltraFlor Certified polished concrete installer and during his time in the field worked on a variety of both residential and commercial polished concrete projects. Ryan also became a Nudura and BuildBlock I.C.F. certified installer and worked on multiple projects in the Midwest.
In 2012, Ryan transitioned to Project Manager and currently holds that position. Since 2012 Ryan has worked on a variety of projects, most notably the Traverse City Central Auditorium Renovation, East Junior High Locker Room Upgrades, City Sidewalk Projects, Northport Public School Renovation, Immaculate Conception Elementary and Eastern Elementary new construction projects.
In addition to serving as Project Manager, in 2013, Ryan began acting as Hallmark's Safety Director. He oversees company safety policy and culture company-wide. This includes overseeing MIOSHA compliance, company protocol/adherence on all safety-related items and maintaining a thorough log of Hallmark's safety items.
Ryan has competed the following: Northwestern Michigan College Construction Supervisor 60 hour Certification, OSHA 10 Certification and various MIOSHA Training Institute Certifications.
Ryan has been a member of the I.C.E. Board since 2014. He has served as head coach for both youth travel and high school hockey since 2015 and he has been a volunteer for the Detroit Red Wings Training Camp since its inception in 1997.
Mr. Sole has been employed by Hallmark Construction, Inc since 2014. Upon retirement of Hallmark's founder, Dennis Fedorinchik, in 2018, Mr. Sole, along with Mr. Lewis and Mr. Jeff Fedorinchik, became a Co-Owner of Hallmark Construction, Inc.
Mr. Sole received his Bachelor of Science in Business - Accountancy/ Public Accounting from Ferris State University. Mr. Sole brought years of construction accounting experience to Hallmark and continues to pursue efficiencies and processes to enhance the performance of Hallmark Construction.
Mr. Sole serves on the board of the Father Fred Foundation and is the treasurer for the Builders Exchange of Northwest Michigan.
