Trade Sub-Contracting

Hallmark Construction, Inc. has the resources and expertise to self-perform many aspects of any commercial construction project including site work and excavation, demolition, concrete foundations and flatwork, rough and finish carpentry, and various architectural specialties. By utilizing the talents of our skilled employees on these portions of any project Hallmark Construction, Inc. can accelerate the construction schedule while increasing efficiency and workmanship.

Design/Build

Hallmark Construction, Inc. has vast knowledge and experience with the Design / Build delivery method. In this approach the design and construction components are contracted under a single entity, increasing efficiency and accountability. This system is used to minimize the project risk for an owner and to reduce the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project. Hallmark Construction, Inc. has an extensive network of design professionals and consultants who can assist us in this approach.

Concrete 

Hallmark Construction, Inc. has a full concrete service  operation. From concrete floors, walls, foundations, slab on grade, sidewalks, and driveways to stamped  patios we have the knowledge, equipment, and experience to complete most concrete projects. The benefit of concrete is measured by its appearance, durability, and long term cost savings in maintenance.
